If you would like to rent a stroller to try it out before making a purchase, please send us a message at contact@babybob.at with your preferences.

In this case, you will only pay for the desired rental duration. At the end of the rental period, you will inform us whether you want to keep or return the product.

If you decide to buy the product, 75% of the total paid subscription will be deducted from the product price.

If you do not wish to keep the product, simply return it to us, and we will only charge you for the rental.

 

Subscription is a long-term contract – from 1 month to 24 months – and is especially for local residents within Austria.
Delivery takes place between 3 and 5 days.
Payment is made once a month, starting from the date of delivery of the product and automatically every month until the end of the requested rental period.
The product is delivered in a package and must be returned fully packed.

The rental is short-term – from 1 day to 1 month – and is especially intended for tourists.
Delivery takes place between 48 and 72 hours to the desired address (e.g. hotel, airport, restaurant).
The product is delivered unpacked and ready for use.
Payment is automatic and a deposit of 200 € will be charged, which will be credited back to your account once the product has been inspected and found to be in perfect condition after return.

At the moment we only deliver within Austria.

With a subscription, delivery takes between 3 and 5 days.

For rentals, delivery usually takes place between 48 and 72 hours after confirmation of the order on the website.

Each product is carefully checked and cleaned after it is returned. If a product does not pass the safety check, it will of course be immediately removed from the range or repaired.

We understand that there may be situations where you wish to cancel your subscription contract before the agreed 3, 6, 12 or 24 month term has expired. In the event of early termination of the subscription, we will issue a final invoice. This invoice is carefully calculated based on the actual period for which you rented the product.

In the event of an early termination of the subscription, we will create a final invoice for you based on the actual rental period. To illustrate the calculation method, let’s consider an example:

Let’s say you initially opted for a 6-month subscription period. After 4 months you decide to cancel.

In this scenario, the total amount on your final bill will be calculated based on the price for the 3-month subscription period (and not the 6-month). The monthly price is then multiplied by the actual rental period (in this case 4 months).

To ensure a fair cancellation process, any amounts you have already paid for your subscription will be deducted from the total amount calculated in the final bill. This deduction is based on the remaining term of the original subscription contract.

Timely return: You must return the product to us within 3 days of cancellation. This timeframe allows us to process efficiently and facilitate a smooth transition.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs: All shipping costs associated with returning the product are your responsibility as the renter (only for early termination). Please ensure a safe and traceable shipping method.

Product condition: When returning the product, please ensure that it is in the same condition that you received it (excluding reasonable signs of wear and tear). We will inspect the condition of the product upon return to determine if additional fees need to be charged.

The revocation is possible within fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract without giving reasons.

The deadline is met if the customer sends the rental object before the deadline of fourteen days expires.

The costs of returning the rental object are to be paid by the customer.

THE GOODS MUST BE UNUSED.

When renting (for tourists or for special situations) you choose the days and send us an email to contact@babybob.at to set the place and time of product delivery.

When subscribing, please select the period so that your product should ideally be delivered one day before the start of the rental period and that it can be returned immediately after the end of the rental period. If the day after the end of the rental is a Sunday, please include the Sunday in the rental period.

For a subscription, you must ship the product immediately after the end of the rental period.
Here is an example: If the rental period ends on Tuesday, the product must be returned with the enclosed return slip on Wednesday. Any delay will result in an extension of the rental period, and we will have to apply charges for these additional days. Therefore, please return the product as soon as possible.

Yes, you can take the rental products with you when you travel. However, please consider the terms and conditions. We recommend that you do not leave the products in the cargo hold to avoid damage.

You pay the deposit yourself when renting, it serves as security for any damage or loss of the product. This will be refunded to you when the product is returned in perfect condition.

Insurance is taken out in the event of damage or loss and is non-refundable after the end of the contract.

For rentals you have to pay a deposit, which will be returned to your account after receiving the returned product.

Signs of use are completely normal and covered by the rent. However, if, for example, a stroller has obviously been mishandled, we will invoice the repair amount or retain a portion of the deposit.
For subscribers, we will issue a separate invoice with the repair cost.

As a general rule, strollers, etc. should not be left unattended or unsecured. If theft occurs despite this, please report it to the police immediately and inform BabyBob at the same time.

The packaging we use for shipping is the manufacturer’s original packaging. For some products, we need to use additional cardboard boxes.
When renting, we use cardboard several times – for the sake of the environment.
